Stillness Is an Illness (SIAI) was born from a shared vision between Patrick Sapp, James Trapp, Dan Watson, and Brian Moss—four leaders committed to transforming communities through movement, mindset, and mentorship. What started as a conversation became a mission: to engage individuals, uplift local charities, and create lasting impact through action. SIAI challenges the status quo by inspiring people to think differently, move intentionally, and live purposefully. It’s more than a phrase—it’s a philosophy that fuels change.
